What students learn in Chem 9
Article one: What are students learning in Chemistry 9?
In RC Palmer, students in Grade 9 Chemistry learn ionic, monovalent, multivalent, and covalent compounds. The symbol on your right side of the screen was made by me, (it took very long since i couldn't find a proper image), it is depicting the element of Titanium (Ti).

Credits to myself i made this took inspiration from a periodic table I found on google.
5 Fun Facts I bet you probably didn't know about titanium that are very fun and you probably didn't need to know:
-
It is never found in its pure form naturally, it can only be found bonded to other elements.
-
Titanium is found in almost every living thing.
-
When touching Nitrogen it burns.
-
The name titanium came from the Titans of Greek Mythology.
-
Titanium is generally as strong as steel, but half the weight.
Conclusion
In conclusion, Titanium is a multivalent element (has multiple ion charges) and has an atomic mass/weight of 47.9. Titanium is very strong, due to its strength-to-weight ratio making it as strong as some kinds of steels but approximately 45% lighter than the steels.
